Don Peterson), Larry Leon Richman (who married Teri Lee Jackman), Joy Lynn Richman (who married Blair Jacobson), and Ricky Lynn Richman (who married Wendy Tillery).
Through her trials, Joyce came to love the Savior and His gospel. She taught us about Him and showed us through her example how to follow Him.

- Beehive House. In 1920, the Beehive House became a boarding house for young women around 18–25 years old. Leaders in the Young Ladies’ Mutual Improvement Association (YLMIA) recognized that more young women were moving to Salt Lake City in search of employment and education. They converted the Beehive House into a boarding house to provide “wholesome and appropriate” housing accommodations for these women. The Beehive House remained a boarding house until 1959. Comments by Jim Seely: “Joyce and also her younger sister Gwendoyln Seely Goates lived there. We moved to the 7th South house on my 4th birthday (July 6, 1942), and I remembered that Kent and I slept on the main floor in the room next where Mom and Dad Slept. And Glen & Lee were in the upstairs bedrooms on the West side of the house. And Karen & Gwen were upstairs on the East side, but I couldn’t remember Joyce ever living there. She went to BYU after High School and then moved to Salt Lake City and lived in the Beehive House. Your Dad got married in Nov 1948, so that is probably where she was when they got married. After they got married, they lived at the Seely Motel for a while (cabin #2) and then moved to Salt Lake City. They moved back when Jeff was still a toddler and your Dad took over running the grocery story (Lynn’s Market).”
